Back in Slovenia!
M’lovely wife enjoyed some carbonara, and I had some almond-crusted Wiener schnitzel (with BBQ sauce? Not complaining, but was unexpected). Two things of note:
1) I was in Austria this morning, and in our time there I didn’t have any schnitzel, but it was the first thing I got in Slovenia. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
And
2) I washed it down with a session IPA that the waitress (who was great), pronounced “eepa” and it made me really happy and I’m prolly gonna do that forever now.
Looking forward to my favorite coffee shop in the world, some time hiking in Bled again, some drinking crazy skin contact wines and just generally enjoying our time in this wonderful country.
