I haven’t had meat in 18 years and by far reubens are what I miss and crave more than anything.

@BennyTheIcepick That's a tough one, cause I don't think Corned Jackfruit is gonna cut it.
Reubens are kind of magical for me because I don't much care for any of the ingredients outside of that context, but combined they're just perfect.

There’s a local restaurant that makes an “apple Reuben,” and while nothing can properly replicate the flavor and texture of corned beef, the apples actually work great with the other ingredients.
