About 7 feet tall, made in the early 1900s in a cement mold in an Ohio (or some such / Kansas?) factory that was turning this stuff out. It lived atop a building here at 4th and University with its colleagues until someone noticed the only thing holding it to the building were some hoisting cables and had them removed.

Or so the nice fellow at the Convention Center information desk told us.
