If you want some great tips, watch what the Ukrainians did doing their protests, especially about going low to the ground (which I can personally attest from the BLM protests does work v. well) and splitting up their forces before they get there.

Also after watching some videos/seeing some photos today: if you decide to take either, blur the faces of other protestors or any identifying characteristics they may have (like a particularly colored backpack or hat) before you post it on social media. Not everybody can afford or can get at a moment's notice more anonymous wear than what they already have so help 'em out. This may seem obvious but APPARENTLY NOT.
