crack: not even once

This is an old Univox acoustic that i got cheap like 25 years ago and shimmed at one point to get the action within reason, but i thought i'd try to do a proper fix on.

It was badly glued once before (maybe by me? I don't remember), so odds of success are low, but also the guitar is really nothing special, it's a plywood '70s or '80s made in Japan guitar with a bolt-on neck. It's probably not even worth the bench fee for a luthier, so i'm working on it myself. I just want to have it reasonably playable.
