Holidays at the in-laws in Ann Arbor, MI. Took m’kiddo and his cousin to the aquarium and conservatory on Belle Isle. The aquarium is mostly cool because of the tile rather than the tanks or specimens they contain… but the adjacent conservatory is pretty spectacular. Modest, but full of impressive plants. I’ll post a pic of the magnificent prickly pear in just a minute. Had scavenger hunts for the kids and beautiful plants in every nook and cranny.
