If you can't get your hands on some cheese powder, get you some snack food and grind it into powder. Almost the same thing aside from the bulk of corn starch and the extra money you dropped on this thing that could probably work as a smoothie blender except I'd bet it does not have a waterproof seal.

Oh yeah, maybe this can help make popcorn lung a domestic illness as well as an industrial one. We'll have to see.
