today's earworm and, consequently, today's jogging music.

the last year i slowly transitioned from daily walks to hybrid walk-jogs to daily runs. i'm a thoroughly un-athletic person and can only muster a 9'30" mile on a good day (unfortunately more like 10'30" mile on a cold, windy, and snow-laden day like today). still, it feels nice to be able to finally do an uninterrupted 5k a few times a week without dying.
