I’ve been trying to put this lasagna together for a while now and ricotta has been the deciding factor from the word go…

We had two containers in the fridge when I started and I assumed at least one of them was unopened…

@Xedrik They are sorta tucked into every nook and cranny around here. I've been a subscriber since ~2020 minus a few times I dipped out for budgetary reasons. I've usually always got one on my person. Andrea nowadays too!
