Wussy 2/27/26

Sold-out show at Cincinnati’s Woodward Theater - or as Chuck said, “it takes a lot of f***ed-up individuals to sell out a Wussy show”. Had an energy (and loudness) unlike any show I’ve been to before. Amazing, can’t wait to see them again.

Good openers too. The first, Moontype, I hadn’t heard but was pretty good. The surprise though was Advance Base, just one guy and a table of electronics. My first thought was “this guy sounds a lot like Casiotone for the Painfully Alone”. Then started playing Nashville Parthenon, before saying CFTPA was his old project.
