I've watched an uncomfortable amount of AI takedown videos that all say roughly the same thing; [this is bad].

What none of the ones I've seen have elucidated in any meaningful way; when is the excrement going to encounter the oscillator...?

I don't doubt it will happen, but the question remains; when is the sky going to fall Chicken Little?

It’s certainly ending up to be just another bubble that companies can use to throw money at to create an artificial arms race, only to create more layoffs. The real-life uses for AI will inevitably be much smaller and more focused than they’ve been trying to sell.
