i loved the original series when it was on the air (~end of high school through end of college); a lot of the gifted program jokes rang true.
rewatched it a few times as it popped up on streaming; for me it's a real mix of great jokes and stuff that aged like M I L K.
that said, i absolutely adore jane kaczmarek and bryan cranston as comedic actors and i am ready to see them go hog wild.
