A foam topped cocktail in a beautiful long stemmed glass.
My first drink last night at Adventure Time Bar in Denver. It was a great idea, and *almost* a good drink. It was out of balance and way too mild for the concept. It needed more booze and probably a little saline. The foam/cheese was salty, but instead of enhancing the drink, it ended up being this two-tier thing where the drink itself tasted watery and flat. A shame, I’d really like to see someone fix it.
