Oops. I forgot to take a “before” picture.
This *was* essentially a boozy Halo Halo dessert where all of the toppings were liquor. Delicious, and DEFINITELY a dessert, and the first time I thought I was consuming alcohol.

House-made ube liqueur, house-made toasted coconut milk rum, house-made salted crème de plantain, house-made anko liqueur, boozy popping boba, & hand-crank Hawaiian shaved ice.
