30 minute TV commercial from the 70s. A balding middle-aged man sits slumped over on the edge of the bed, reciting "I can't believe I ate that whole thing" over and over. His wife lies in the bed, back to the camera, sniping with rejoinders. At the end he feels better after consuming Alka-Seltzer.
TIL the guy actually says, "I can't believe I ate that whole thing," not "...the whole thing."
