The larger holes, from top to bottom, are numbered 1, 3, 5 (thumb cutout), 2 and 4. All of the text is written in a delightfully retro-futuristic font (likely Data70) invoking MICR computer text. Other texts are "The Zlotnian Calculator™" and "© Fingerbrain Co. Seattle, WA 98103 U.S.A." This one is 3D printed, unlike the other one posted earlier.
