This is my friend who made the poster for our Open Studios exhibition this coming weekend. I offered to take her portrait since she put so much work into the advertising, and this was I think the best of the bunch. Heavily inspired by the wealth of mid-century photography the National Portrait Gallery has available online, this was taken on the Crown Graphic with HP5 film and printed at 8x10 on Ilford FB matte paper.
