Rachel Lichtman asked me to host the Q&A for her Programme Four live show at the Clinton Theater in Portland on Thursday so I got to ask how she made this guided meditation through an immersive Rockford Files/Columbo/'70s AM radio experience. Scott McCaughey and Jenny Conlee played and I feel strongly that you should go when it plays near you, it lulls you into a Sanka/Lawrence Welk/Price Is Right/Leonard Nimoy-coded state of mind where all the light is amber and your attention span has grown back.
