A go-to of ours - for hot days, chill days, or other days. Homemade ginger syrup, lime juice, and Hamilton 86 demarara rum. Honestly we use a bunch of different rums, but that is this one and it’s fantastic. Based on a recipe by Padma Lakshmi in Food & Wine magazine
