Hungarian Pizza

My attempt at recreating a “good” version of the Hungarian Pizza from the short-lived 1957 restaurant Francine’s Pizza Jungle in Portland, Oregon.

The menu called for “beef, chopped celery, and carrots,” so I made a goulash-y base with ground beef, celery, onions, and tons of paprika. Then added thin-sliced carrots and a swirl of paprika sour cream.

Baked in an Ooni Koda 16.
