Merguez sausages, Spanish rice and harissa

Garbage photo but pretty tasty. I had Merguez sausages once years and years ago and often lust after them. Marks and Spencers now stock them.

First time I made Spanish rice also. Jessica usually makes it and is pretty boss at it, mine was so so.
