Out of the Oven at Chez Wells

Lamb shepherd's pie with a ton of veg.

Second shepherd's pie I've ever made. Last one I made was when my dad was dying. It was amazing. We invited the visiting nurse to help herself. She loved it. I told her to take the rest home to her family and she didn't say another word and grabbed the pan.

Fun fact: this has dairy and gluten, so the whole is going in my belly. Just not tonight.
