Open faced melted Muenster cheese sandwich, over spiced Roma tomatoes, with wholegrain sourdough bread.
Recipe:
One slice frozen wholegrain sourdough boulé, put into tbe toaster oven.
Two fresh Roma tomatoes, sliced into small rounds, lightly salted, sprinkled with dried basil, 1 tsp olive oil drizzled on top, mix the tomato rounds to coat.
Pull out the toaster oven rack, put the rounds on half toasted bread, put one slice of Muenster, torn in half, carefully onto the tomatoes, toast until melty.
