A quick check on Google Images found me the same pair of signposts shot from a couple different angles and posted to Instagram by different people.
Of course at least one of them felt like that wasn't going to earn them enough social media juice so they used AI to paste in a bear. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Public info signage in Japan often has pretty awesome graphics. Even if this particular example is clanker, there are plenty of others that are just as good from years before.
