After 23 years, what does it take to get a band back together? In this case, a request to play a benefit show for "Bikes Fight Cancer".

If you were around New England in the indie rock/punk/hardcore/ska/diy jumble of the late '90s/early aughties, you might have encountered The Warren Commission. Playing many shows, in many places, with strange lineups of bands, while also playing with notable acts of the era (and now). (paging @patrickneville, perhaps?) Indie rock/pop, with skills, twists, and enough momentum to never drift into languid blandness.
This band isn't mine, but they are friends and, in one case, a lifetime live-in creative and relationship partner of myself.
