For many years I thought I had hallucinated this during my childhood. Nobody else seemed to remember it. Then the internet really got rolling, and hey presto, I'm not crazy... Also shout out to Spartacus and the sun beneath the sea which is of about the same vintage, and currently on SBS on demand.
