Buenos Díaz

This is how your bill is delivered to your table at the Buenos Díaz restaurant in Mexico City. It's a music box: wind the key and then open the cash drawer and the music plays. We couldn't make out the tune. It's a Porfirio Díaz-themed establishment, with waiters dressed like soldiers from the dictatorship. Not that restaurant would ever call him a dictator. The placemats are filled with hagiographic details of his 30-year presidency, and at no point is it acknowledged he might have ever done anything wrong.
