Not shown, but had a huge effect on young me:

* Replays of the Rick Dees/Casey Kasem Weekly Top 40 my family listened to in the car on drives to and from the cabin
* Opera and Classical music from Looney Tunes

This is the first one I've seen where I've actually owned all of the albums!

Also, if I were to do a 90s-only version (which would be very difficult in its own right), I'm quite sure "A Juvenile Product of the Working Class" would be on there.

Wow, this list is such a great representation of what my friend group were listening to in high school, did I know you?!

That Punk-O-Rama includes quite a few groups I listened the hell out of and then one day just. . . . never listened to them again.

@ufez In 1997, some friends and I drove down to Mpls from northern MN to see the Bosstones with Swingin' Utters opening. I bought "A Juvenile Product of the Working Class" the next day and they've been a favorite ever since.

@williwaw Maybe? Did you grow up in Bemidji in the late 90s? 😂

@bencmeissner Heh, I have a very similar story. 1997, saw them open for Social D in Tulsa.

Also saw the Bosstones that year, but it was at a small local festival.
