The onset of evening in a barren, flat place. The sky is blue fading to pink, with yellow in the horizon. In the top left is a thin white crescent moon. In the foreground looms the Groke, a vast, dark, hill-shaped creature with a wide nose; staring yellow eyes; and a flat mouth showing teeth. The painting is signed "Chris Silverman".
