a duck pond

Satellite view of an exurban part of Northwood, Ohio. At the lower left is the intersection of railroad tracks. Most of the area is covered by forest or cultivation. Off of Drouillard Rd. is a large grassy field with a pond shaped like a duck, the beak and top of the head being sand rather than blue water.

Robert Venturi and Denise Scott Brown would be amused. I guess also that what looks like the bathhouse is a decorated shed.
