Friday Dance Party

Detail of an oil painting. Against a beige ground, eight cats (of various colors) are on their hind legs, arrayed in a circle with their forelegs outstretched and touching or nearly touching. They're clearly dancing. In the background there's a weird-looking bird. In the foreground, a frog that seems to be wearing a witch's hat.
