big mood

my dad had this neon flag made many years ago, and after it was broken in our LA->NYC move, I restored it and hung it in the basement, turning it on for parties.

wednesday, I put straight it into the basement window facing the street, and I think it'll stay there a while.

a little doggerel now, for the majority of my fellow Americans who did the right thing:

monday we’re all scrolling doom
tuesday wednesday votes go boom
thursday’s real and our hearts bloom
it’s friday I’m in love ...
